Meeting opened:

Present: Alvin, Ruiwen, Raj, Meng, Roland, Xavier

• Suspend $32 tier today; it becomes formally unavailable in 30 days unless someone objects
• Meng: Disappear $32 option on posters
• Meng: Issue invoices for Feb in the next couple of days
• Xavier: Don't recognise revenue that we don't recognise; if a member fails to pay then substitute his/her deposit the first month and treat him/her as no longer a member (or a member in default) thereafter.
• Ruiwen: willing to deal with paperwork consequences of come-and-go members who aren't paying reliably; no need to enforce Giro/PayPal-periodic on "returning" members.
• Meng will arrange a one day hackathon to attach an Arduino to the front door
